摘要
阐述了旋转设备转子不平衡运转的产生机理,分析了转子不平衡故障的特征信息以及相应的分析技巧,并结合实际舰船进行了实例分析,采用多种监测手段对疑似故障设备进行综合判断分析,取得了比较良好的效果。结果表明:所采用的综合分析方法在一定程度上提高了故障诊断分析水平,确保了诊断的准确度。
Introduces the principle and feature information of unbalance fault in the rotating equipments and its corresponding analysis techniques.Then in the process of condition monitoring,applying several monitoring methods to the suspected fault equipments.Finally,the results show good performance for experiment.In a certain extent improving the fault diagnostic analysis level and ensuring the diagnostic veracity simultaneously.
