摘要
介绍了一种改进型Boost ZVT-PWM电路,详细分析了电路的基本原理及实现软开关的条件;研究了其在不同占空比、开关频率和负载条件下的传输效率;并根据光伏电池的特性将该电路应用于光伏发电的最大功率追踪系统。实验结果证明,该电路主开关管和辅助开关管均可工作在软开关状态,变换器具有较高的效率,并可将其应用于光伏发电最大功率追踪系统。
An improved Boost ZVT-PWM circuit is introduced,the operation principles of the improved Boost converter and the conditions for realization of soft-switching are analyzed.The paper researches its transmission efficiency under different duty cycle,switching frequency and load,also applies it to the control cirtuit of photovoltaic system.The experimental results prove that the main switch and auxiliary switch in the improved circuit achieve the soft-switching,and it can improve the transmission efficiency of the improved Boost ZVT-PWM circuit and show its feasibility of application in photovoltaic system.
