摘要
为获得草石蚕高效再生繁殖技术体系,采用组织培养技术,研究了不同激素配比对草石蚕外植体不定芽的诱导及生长素对其生根效果的影响。结果表明:不定芽的诱导以添加6-BA 7.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L的MS培养基效果较好,不定芽诱导率最高,茎尖达39.2%,茎段达33.3%,每个外植体可产生5-6个芽,芽长平均为0.93 cm;生根效果以MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L较好,平均生根数达15条,长度约10 cm,根系粗壮且密集。
The stem tips and sections of Stachys sieboldii were cultured on MS with different hormone combinations to study effects on adventitious bud induction and rooting for establishing the highly efficient regeneration propagation system of Stachys sieboldii.The results showed that optimum medium for adventitious bud induction was MS+7.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA,the induction rate of adventitious buds of stem tips and stem sections was up to 39.2% and 33.3% respectively,each explant could produce 5~6 buds and the average bud length reached 0.93cm.The optimum medium for rooting was MS+0.6mg/L NAA,the average root number was up to 15 and the average root length reached about 10cm.
