摘要
本文提出了一种新型的大功率行波管慢波结构─—圆弧形螺旋槽系统;采用近似的场论方法,得到了该结构的色散方程;讨论了主模在其中的传播情况和系统结构参数变化对色散特性的影响.数值计算表明;螺旋角变小、圆弧角增大都对改善系统带宽有利.本文的结果为进一步研究和设计此类新型大功率行波管高频系统提供了理论基础.
The belieal circular-arc-shaped groovd structure, a new type slow-wave system for high power TWT, is presented in this paper,and the dispersion equation of this circuit is obtained by means of an approximate field theory. The dispersion characteristics of the fundamental wave are discussed and the influence of various circuit parameters on dispersion relations is also investigated. The results of the numerical calculation show that it is very useful for improving the bandwidth by diminishing the pitch angle or increasing the arc angle. The present analysis will be helpful on further study and design of this kind RF system used in high power TWT.
