摘要
我院自1997年5月开始实施以病人为中心的整体护理,现已扩展到五个病区,取得初步效果:融洽了护患关系;提高了护理人员的整体素质,体现了护士的自我价值,简化书写、统一标准及明显提高护理质量。同时探讨尚需完善的问题:减少护理人员非专业性工作迫在眉睫,逐步提高护理人员教育水平及优质服务的收费问题等。
Patient-Centred holistic nursing care has been practised in our hospital since May 1997. Now it has expanded to 5 wards and achieved good effects:we have made good nurse-patient relationship;enhanced nurses' quality;showed nurses' self-value;simplified and standardized the writing of case-reports, and the quality of nursing care was much improved. Meanwhile, some problems were discussed, such as reduce the nursing staff's non-professional activities;enhance nurses' knowledge level gradually; changes for the quality service and so on.
