摘要
虚拟仪器是电子仪器与计算机技术深层次结合而产生的一种新的仪器模式。在这种模式下,系统软硬件资源结合紧凑,软件功能强大,操作直观方便,系统性能优良。虚拟仪器是未来仪器领域的发展方向,可应用于各种自动控制系统。本文首先对虚拟仪器、PXI总线以及LabVIEW软件开发平台等测控领域的先进技术进行介绍分析,并以我单位MEXA-8420气体分析仪系统改造为例,提出了将虚拟仪器技术引入检测领域的思想,然后根据这一思想提出了一套完整的技术改造方案,并给出了方案的具体实现方法。
Virtual instrument is a new kind of instrument model developed by deep combination of electronic instrument and computer technology.In this model,the resources of software and hardware combine closely,the software function is powerful,operation is easy and convenient,and the system capability is excellence.In a word,virtual instrument is the development direction of future instrument,and can apply in all sorts of auto control system.In this paper,advanced technologys in measurement and control field,such as virtual instrument,PXI bus,LabVIEW software develop flat and so on,are introduced and analyzed firstly.Based on analyzing the technology character of MEXA-8420 gas analyzer in our company,a novel idea that virtual instrument is applied into the field of testing is proposed.According to the proposed idea,an integrated technology improvement scheme is proposed,also the concrete implementary process and the result using this scheme is introduced.
