摘要
企业通过确定客户订单分离点(CODP),进而实施延迟策略以实现大规模定制,而评价大规模定制的实施成功与否标准之一就是对其成本进行测算。本文基于制造延迟视角,通过分析基于CODP的生产成本构成问题,将客户个性化需求和客户订单提前期作为约束条件,综合考虑了加工成本和库存成本,建立基于CODP的大规模定制生产成本的测算模型,并分析生产成本函数的变化趋势,最终通过算例仿真对该模型进行了验证。
The enterprises can implement the postponement strategy through the establishment of Customer Order Decoupling Point(CODP)so as to achieve the implementation of mass customization,whereas one of the key problems of the mass customization is to estimate the cost.This paper uses the individual requirements and lead time of customers' orders as the constraint conditions and takes the processing cost and inventory cost into consideration based on the angle of the postponed manufacture and analyzes the production cost components of CODP.Accordingly,the estimated calculation model for the mass customization production cost is established in accordance with CODP,and also the variation trend of production cost function is analyzed.Finally,in this paper the model is tested through the simulation of calculation examples.
