手电筒光柱模型在理解超声波探伤基本原理中的应用

摘要 由于超声波探伤原理及其声场形成过程比较抽象,而手电筒光柱模型与超声波探伤有一定的相似性。通过对手电筒光柱模型与超声波近场区内探伤对比、手电筒反射光强度与超声波探伤反射波高度对比以及手电筒光柱模型与超声波声场模型的分析对比,避开了超声波探伤时复杂的声场计算,从而达到定性了解超声波探伤过程中各种影响因素的目的,为非超声波探伤专业人员和初学者提供了一种简单易解的学习方式。 The principle and sound field forming course of ultrasonic testing are abstract,the light column model of electric torch is similar as ultrasonic testing.Through contrastive analysis between light column model of electric torch and ultrasonic testing in nearby field,reflex light strength of electric torch and echo wave height of ultrasonic testing,the light column model of electric torch and sound field model,avoiding complex sound field calculation,it achieved the goal of qualitative understanding each effect factor in ultrasonic testing,and provided non professional staff of ultrasonic testing and the beginners with a simple understanding method.
