一起换流阀晶闸管非周期触发试验事故分析 被引量:2

摘要 分析了灵宝高压直流二期工程换流阀非周期触发试验晶闸管损坏的原因,通过对晶闸管损坏情况下的电压和电流波形分析,发现试验回路的振荡是导致晶闸管损坏的根本原因,增大电阻抑制振荡幅度能够很好保护晶闸管不被损坏。同时,用PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真软件对非周期触发试验进行了仿真,仿真结果与实际结果吻合很好。针对这种情况,在今后的高压直流输电换流阀非周期触发试验过程中,应该引起足够的重视,避免类似情况发生。 This paper analyzes the reason that Lingbao phase II HVDC project converter valve-thyristor damage during non-periodic trigger test,through the analysis of voltage and current waveforms under condition that thyrister is damage,the analysis result indicated that the test circuit oscillation is the root causes of thyristor damage.So increasing resistance reasonably to limit the oscillation amplitude of surge current,by this way can effectively protect the thyristors from damage.At the same time using PSCAD / EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software for valve non-periodic trigger test simulation,the simulation results agree well with the actual results.In view of this situation,in process of non-periodic trigger test for HVDC converter valve,enough attention should be paid to avoid similar incidents.
