外施甲醇对萝卜苗的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]测定甲醇叶施或根施对萝卜苗的影响,以评估甲醇在我国对植物的综合作用。[方法]分别用2%、5%和10%3种甲醇浓度叶施、根施于盆栽萝卜苗,考察外施甲醇对萝卜苗抗旱性、干重、鲜重以及叶片各指标的影响。[结果]甲醇叶施和根施2种处理均使萝卜叶含水量提高,叶片紧涨、直立,萎蔫苗比例小,具有一定的抗旱性;甲醇处理使叶片增厚、叶面积增加,同时增加了萝卜苗的干重和鲜重。[结论]外施甲醇提高了萝卜苗光合效能,增加了其生长量。 [Objective] The integrated role of the methanol in plant growth in China was assessed through the effect-determining of its application in leaf or root on radish(Raphanus sativus) growth.[Method] The methanol with the concentration of 2%,5% and 10% was sprayed in leaf and root of the radish in the potted experiment and then the resistance of drought radish,dry weight,fresh weight and the indexes of leaf were investigated.[Results] The application of methanol both as foliar and in root of radish could improve the content of water of leaf,promote the formation of vertical leaf and reduce the proportion of wilt seedling,and also,the drought resistance of the radish was intensified.The application of methanol could increase the thickness and area of leaf,and the dry weight and fresh weight of radish seedling.[Conclusion] The exogenous application of methanol could increase photosynthetic efficiency and growth of radish.
