摘要
通过5-对氯苯基-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑与酰基异氰酸酯反应合成了一种具有生物活性的化合物,并对其进行了IR、1HNMR和元素分析确认。生物活性试验表明:目标化合物的生长素活性和细胞分裂素活性分别为26.1%和41.1%。
A new aroylureas has been synthesized by the reaction of 5-(p-chlorophenyl)-2-amino-1,3,4-thiodiazol with aroyl isocyanates.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,UV,1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.The biological activity tests showed that the target compound have an activity as plant growth regulator,it's activity as auxin is 26.1% and it's activity as cytokinin is 41.1%.
