摘要
地沟油是一种废弃油脂,含有多种毒素和致癌物质,同时对环境也有很大危害。地沟油水解转化成脂肪酸是其回收利用的重要途径。在该试验条件下,以酸为催化剂,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,研究了用水量、催化剂浓硫酸、乳化剂、温度及时间对地沟油水解反应的影响。结果表明,水解反应的最佳条件为:乳化剂用量为2%(W/W),催化剂量为2%(W/W),水量为50%(W/W),水解时间为5h,反应温度为75℃。
Groundnut oil is a kind of waste oil,containing a variety of toxins and carcinogens and is harmful to the environment. Conversion of the groundnut oil into fatty acid through the hydrolysis process is an important way. The hydrolysis of groundnut oil was investigated based on acid used as a catalyst,sodium lauryl sulfate as an emulsifier. Effects of water,catalyst,emulsifier,temperature and time on hydrolysis processes were discussed in detail. The optimized hydrolysis conditions were obtained:emulsifier 2% (W/W),catalyst amount of 2% (W/W),water 50% (W/W),reaction time 5 h,temperature 75 ℃.
