摘要
中国现代化的进程给女性就业者提供了更多的机会。但是和男性相比,我国女性在求职与职业发展规划方面仍处于弱势地位。作为女性就业者,其自身既存在着先天性优势,也存在影响其进一步发展的固有劣势,社会的发展给她们带来了机会,同时也带来了威胁。现代女性应该充分认识自我,准确定位,更新观念,合理规划自己的职业发展之路。
China provides more opportunities for women employed in the modernization process. Influenced by some factors, the Chinese women in employment and professional development is still vulnerable position. As a woman employed, there is not only a congenital ad- vantages, but also the inherent weaknesses. Social development had brought them opportunities and threats. Modern women should fully realize themselves, accurate positioning, update ideas, and plan rationally own career development.
