摘要 水环境污染是社会经济发展过程中迫切需要解决的问题。东台市河道水质现状调查分析表明,Ⅳ类水低水期达到总河长的70%以上,其中Ⅴ、劣Ⅴ类水达到40%以上,全市废污水年排放量6510.56万m3,入河污染物总量CODcr为6 510.56 t,NH3-N为976.6 t,水污染已相当严重。对东台市的水功能区进行了划分,提出统筹兼顾、企业超标节能减排、利用洪水冲污、加大宣传力度、群防群治等防治措施,以达到改善河道水质,改善河道水环境污染现状,从而达到良性循环的目的,必然会取得较大的生态和经济效益。 The lime and coagulation-sedimentation treatment is used to deal with the secondary effluent of Hanxi wastewater treatment plant.The experimental results show that,the lime technology is effective to remove the turbidity,alkalinity,total hardness,TP of secondary effluent,can remove certain NH4-N and COD.The optimum condition is:lime's dosage 350 mg/L,PFS's dosage 35 mg/L,PAM's dosage 0.75 mg/L,Rapid mixing(200 r/min) 2 min,slow mixing(35 r/min) 15 min,precipitation 60 min.The maximum removal rate of turbidity,hardness,alkalinity and TP are 88.6%,73.5%,60.1% and 100%,NH4-N,COD's removal rate are 30.2% and 24.5%.The sterilization experiment results show that chlorine dioxide and BL-653G have very strong bactericidal activity.The suitable dosage of chlorine dioxide is between 0.6 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L,and the best dosage of BL-653G is 0.8 mg/L.After coagulation-sedimentation with lime and bactericidal treatment,the reclaimed water fully meets the standard of circulating cooling water.
