摘要
通过对Halbach阵列磁场的分析可知Halbach阵列形成的单边磁场具有自屏蔽作用,将磁场强度集中在工作气隙中,解决了传统磁排列方式端部漏磁大的问题,提高了气隙中的磁感应强度,使传动转矩增加。基于Maxwell方程,推导出涡流损失功率的理论计算公式。利用ANSYS分析软件对隔离套上的涡流损失进行一个周期的分析,结果表明:隔离套上的涡流呈涡旋状分布并且集中在隔离套的外表面上,验证了涡流的"趋肤"特性;磁力联轴器正转时的涡流损失要小于其反转的涡流损失,为以后的工程应用提供借鉴。
By analyzing the magnetic field of Halbach array,this paper has found the formation of unilateral magnetic field and its self-shielding effect.Because magnetic field is concentrated on the working air-gap,the problem of tip leakage of the traditional magnetic arrangement is solved and the magnetic intensity in the air-gap is increased,so it can increase the transmitted torque.Based on Maxwell equations,the theoretical power formula of the eddy current loss is derived.ANSYS software is used to analyze the eddy current of the insulation shell.The results show that the eddy current is vortex-like distribution and is concentrated on the outer surface of the insulation shell.This verifies the tend-towards skin characteristics of the eddy current.The eddy current loss of the magnetic coupling is smaller than its reverse.The results serve as a reference for engineering applications.
