摘要
低碳经济是人类经济发展方式、生活消费方式的一次大革新,以技术创新和政策措施作为支撑,建立一种低能耗、低污染、低排放和高能效、高效率、高效益的低碳产业链,从而实现经济发展方式低碳化、人类生活消费方式低碳化的全新的经济发展模式。为促进低碳经济发展,从低碳经济的内涵以及产业链路径的角度出发,遵循低碳经济评价指标体系的构建原则,构建了低碳经济的评价指标体系。
The low-carbon economy is a great innovation of human economic development mode and consumption mode.With the technology innovation and policy measures to support it,it builds a low carbon chain,which has a lower energy consumption,pollution,emission and higher efficient,energy efficiency,thus to realize the mode of economic development and the consumption of human life with lower carbonization.To promote the low-carbon economic development,this paper has constructed the evaluation index system of Low-carbon economic,which works from the angle of connotation of low carbon and the chain,and follows the construction principle of evaluation index system about the low carbon economy at the same time.
