摘要 井下涡轮电机是旋转导向钻井系统的电源、控制执行器和下传通信信号检测器,检测其电流、电压是实现井下自动控制和下传通信的关键。针对旋转导向钻井系统对涡轮电机参数的精密检测要求,检测系统采用Rogowski互感线圈进行检测,信号经过放大、精密整流、A/D转换后送给井下控制器。给出了系统的电路设计,提出了温度补偿办法。该检测系统已应用于某井下旋转导向钻井系统,效果良好。 In a rotary steerable drilling system,measurement subsystem for downhole turbine electrical machines is a critical part since they are used as power source,controlling actuator and signal detector for downward communication.In this subsystem,a Rogowski mutual inductance coil was applied to measure current or voltage of the machines and the signal magnifying and precise rectification circuit were discussed.Temperature compensation ways were adopted to adapt to the downhole heat environment.Application tests have been done,suggesting that this subsystem measures accurately and can record the flow pulse completely.This subsystem provides a foundation for the control law study of the rotary steerable drilling system.
