摘要
沂南金矿尾矿粒度细、钙含量高且硅铝含量偏低,利用它进行制砖有一定的困难。在对尾矿基本特性综合分析的基础上,采用干压硬塑成型法,进行了高掺量金尾矿烧结砖的试验研究。结果表明,在尾矿掺量90%,成型水分8%~9%、成型压力15MPa,烧结温度1000℃等较佳条件下,能制备出MU10的普通烧结砖。进一步对尾矿掺量100%、烧结温度1050℃时的烧结砖性能进行研究,发现其烧成制品能达到MU10,且无石灰爆裂和泛霜现象。
Yi Nan gold ore tailings have a fine size,high calcium content and low silicon-aluminum content,it has certain difficulty to make fired bricks with it. Based on the analysis of their basic properties,test research was made on using them to make fired bricks by press-forming. The results indicate that at the optimal conditions of a 8%-9% forming moisture, 15 MPa forming pressure, 1000 ~C firing temperature, MU10-class common fired bricks can be made with 90% tailings at most. A further study carried out emphasized 100% railings at 1050℃,it is found that their fired products can reach MU10-class,which have no lime blowing and efflorescence.
