摘要
【目的】研究不同盐分胁迫下四翅滨藜耐盐生理指标,探明四翅滨藜的耐盐生理机制。【方法】采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫,测定不同浓度盐胁迫下四翅滨藜叶片五项生理指标。【结果】四翅滨藜的致死盐胁迫浓度为2.3%~2.7%。随着NaCl盐溶液胁迫浓度升高,四翅滨藜叶片可溶性糖含量逐步增加,但在NaCl盐溶液浓度为2.7%时,可溶性糖含量保持平稳;四翅滨藜在较大浓度盐分胁迫下,四翅滨藜叶片游离脯氨酸保持较高的含量,整体趋势缓慢下降;四翅滨藜叶片过氧化氢酶含量不断增加,尤其在起始受到胁迫时含量明显增加,直至极限2.3%胁迫浓度时下降;丙二醛含量增加幅度较小;水势在逐步减小,且低于盐溶液渗透势。【结论】四翅滨藜耐盐生理机制研究表明,四翅滨藜是一种耐高盐的植物。
【Objective and Method】To lay a foundation for further studying clarifying the physiological mechanism of Atriplex canescens,which are stressed by different concentration NaCl and identified of five physiological indices.【Result】 the deadline of the salt stress is 2.3%-2.7%.when the concentration of NaCl was increased,the content of soluble sugar is increasing but staying balanced at 2.7%,the content of praline is staying much higher in much higher concentration of NaCl and decling slowly;the content of POD is increasing all the time especially in the beginning and Decling at 2.3%;the content of MDA is increasing little;infiltration is increasing gradually,and at the low of standard salt solution.【Conclusion】Atriplex canescens was a high salt-tolerant plant.
