摘要
水锁损害是指在油气层开发过程中,外来水相流体进入储层后,由于毛细管力滞留作用,地层驱动压力不能将外来流体完全排出地层,使储层的含水饱和度增加,油气相渗透率降低。水锁损害广泛存在于低渗透储层开发中,严重地影响着油气藏的勘探开发效果。采用化学剂降低水锁损害成本低、见效快、施工简便,是提高低渗透储层开发效果的重要方法,而常用化学剂对岩心水锁损害削弱效果不明显。由季铵盐型阳离子双子表面活性剂与普通表面活性剂OP-10复配而成的低张力体系RSE能将油水界面张力降低至10-3mN/m数量级,对水锁损害较为严重的低渗透储层,低张力体系RSE可使渗透率损害程度大幅度降低。
Water blocking damage widely exists in the development process of low permeability reservoir,it seriously affects the exploration results of hydrocarbon reservoir.The advantages of weakening water blocking damage with chemical agent are low cost,short latency time and convenient construction,so it is an important way to enhance low permeability reservoir development efficiency.However,the efficiency of common chemical agent is inconspicuous.Low tension system RSE composited by quaternary ammonium cationic gemini surfactant and common surfactant OP-10 can reduce oil-water interfacial tension to 10-3mN/m order of magnitude.Low tension system RSE can greatly weaken permeability damage of low permeability reservoir.
