摘要
对PS100型固定式消防水炮流道参数进行了理论计算,并采用Fluent软件进行了流场仿真模拟。具体分析了流道对速度场和压力场的影响及能量损耗,得出了流道结构对水炮内流场湍流程度和出口速度的影响规律。仿真结果与理论计算及实验结果基本吻合,验证了水炮流道结构设计的合理性,为进一步优化消防水炮结构提供了相应参考。
The flow parameters of PS100 type fixed fire water monitor were calculated.The flow simulation was carried out using fluent kits.The impact of flow channel which affects the velocity and pressure field was analyzed.The energy loss was also analyzed.The impact discipline of the flow structure which affects the internal flow’s turbulence and outlet velocity was obtained.The simulation results,the theoretical results and the experiment results were coincided.So the rationality of the flow structure was verified.The results also provided some corresponding reference for the further optimization of the monitor’s structure.
