摘要
用于平面非圆曲线表面淬火处理的数控感应淬火系统中,感应圈与工件间的恒线速度是保证热处理质量的重要因素。以盘形凸轮为例分析数控感应淬火机床的运动,用折线代替曲线,将复杂的凸轮轮廓适当简化,建立运动参数间的数学模型,实现了感应圈与凸轮工作表面间相对速度基本不变,可以很好地满足生产要求。
For the planar non-circular curved surfaces quenched CNC Induction Hardening systems, induction loop with constant linear speed between the workpiece is an important factor in ensuring the quality of heat treatment.Disk cam as an example to analyze the movement CNC Induction Hardening Machine,using broken line instead of curves,to simplify the complex cam profile suitable to establish a mathematical model between the motion parameters to achieve the induction loop and the relative velocity between the cam working surface is essentially the same could well meet the production requirements.
