我国大学生参与运动的自我归因、自我效能及其锻炼行为间的整合性调查与分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据分析法,对自我归因、自我效能与锻炼行为三者之间关系进行研究。结果表明:自我归因不仅能够直接预测锻炼行为,而且还能够通过自我效能对锻炼行为起间接作用,三者之间是一种顺向互动的促进关系;如果把成功归因于内在可控的因素(能力和努力),自我效能感将得到增强,锻炼行为的效果明显,但如果把成功归因于任务或运气等因素,自我效能将得不到增强,锻炼行为的效果不明显。 The literature,questionnaire and data analysis,on the self-attribution,self-efficacy and exercise behavior to study the relationship between the three.The results showed that: self-attributed not only to the direct prediction of exercise behavior,but also through self-efficacy on exercise behavior variables from the intermediary role between the three is a smooth relationship between the promotion of interaction;if the success was due to the internal control factors(ability and effort),self-efficacy will be enhanced significantly the effect of exercise behavior,but if the success was due to factors such as task or luck,will not enhance self-efficacy,exercise behavior to be effective.
