摘要
教师资格认证制度既是教师职业发展的监督与保障体系,又是对教师就职条件进行严格审查以确保教育教学质量的重要手段。从中美两国教师资格认证制度发展的对比之中,可以总结美国的教师资格认证制度的一些成功经验,对处于逐步完善过程中的中国教师资格认证制度的进一步发展提供借鉴。
Teachers＇ qualification is a kind of national professional qualification.The system of teachers＇ qualification is both the supervision and support system of the development of profession of teachers and the important means which are strictly taken to check up the conditions of teachers＇ teaching and to ensure teaching quality.Throughout the contrast of the development of the system of teachers＇ qualification between the USA and China,we can learn some successful experiences from the system of teachers＇ qualification of the USA.Meanwhile,we should continue to think and take measures to solve the problems in the Chinese system of teachers＇ qualification so as to perfect the Chinese system of teachers＇ qualification.
