X70钢焊接接头的断裂韧性测试及安全评定

摘要 根据英国标准BS7448,制备带预制疲劳裂纹的三点弯曲(TPB)标准试样,对X 70管线钢焊缝、热影响区和母材进行了0℃断裂韧度试验,同时测试了X 70管线钢及其焊接接头的真应力应变曲线,根据试验结果,采用欧共体提出的SINTAP结构完整性评定方法,对焊趾处含有表面裂纹(裂纹长度和深度分别为3.2mm和1.6mm)的X 70钢管道焊接接头进行了安全评定。建立了X 70管线钢管道焊接接头焊缝和母材的一级、三级评定曲线。评定结果表明,不论是采用一级或是三级评定,各评定点均在评定曲线范围外,说明该缺陷是不可接受的。 According to the BS7448 produced by the British Standards Institution,preperd the three point bent(TPB)norm sample with the strap prefabricate fatigue crackle.0℃ fracture toughness are test at the Weld 、HAZ and Base of X70 pipeline steel,at the same time,test the ture stre-strain curve of X70 steel and it's weld metal joints.According to the test result and using the SINTAP(Structural Integritv Assessment Procedure,sponsored by theEuropean Commission)safety assessment standard was applied to the X70 pipeline joints with surface flaw(the height and length are respectively 3.2mm and 1.6mm)at the weld toe.Based on the tensile test results of base metal and weld metal,the assessment diagrams of Level 1 and Level 3 were constructed.The assessment results indicate that all the assessment points are within the region defined on the failure assessment diagrams using both Le vel 1 and Le vel 3.Therefore,the structure is not safe.
