摘要
教育信息资源建设与应用存在区域性差异问题,以广州市越秀、番禺和花都三个区域的部分学校为研究案例,从各区域教育信息资源的软硬件配置、资源利用、教师对资源的认知、资源建设与应用机制4方面进行对比分析。研究指出,为促进区域性教育信息资源的均衡发展,应当优化投入结构和整体配置效益,遵循统一的技术标准建立优质的资源库,拓展与社会力量的沟通合作。
Regional difference lies in construction and application of education information resources. Taking some schools as research cases in the districts of Yue Xiu, Pan Yu and Hua Du of Guangzhou City, the article makes contrast analysis in four aspects of regional education information resource: software and hardware allocation, resource utilization, teacher cognition of resource as well as resource construction and application mechanism. It is proposed in the investigation to promote balanced development of regional education information resource by doing the following: input structure and whole allocation benefit should be optimized; high quality database should be constructed in conformity of unified technology standard; communication and cooperation with social strength should be effectively enhanced.
