摘要
远程教育的兴起与蓬勃发展,受到越来越多的关注,但也因其规范化和制度化发展的差强人意受到质疑和批评。以校外学习中心学历培训为视角,分析运作和实践中存在的问题,并提出了保障校外学习中心持续健康发展的有关对策。
The rising and developing of distance education draws more and more attention,but it has been questioned and criticized because of its unsatisfactory development of standardization and institutionalization.Taking the off-campus learning center as an example,this paper analyses three types of the problems that exists in the practice and proposes relevant countermeasures that guarantee the sustained and healthy development of the off-campus learning center.
