摘要
中国的问题是农民问题,农民的问题是土地问题。随着中国经济的快速发展,土地的合理配置和流转显得非常重要。完善我国农村土地流转制度对我国社会经济发展有很好的促进作用,但与此同时,我国农村土地流转也存在一系列的问题,并由此提出规范农村土地流转,加强农民权益保护的主要对策。
The problem of China is farmer problem, and the problem of farmer is land problem. Along with the rapid economic development of China, the reasonable allocation and circulation of land turn to seem to be count for much. Improving rural land circulation system is good to promote social and economic development of China. But at the same time, there exist a series of problems in rural land circulation. The paper therefore put forward main countermeasures to conduct rural land cireulation and strengthen the protection of farmer＇s rights and interests.
