摘要
应用型本科大学是指无学术型研究生教育的本科院校.这部分大学最具发展活力,学生的发展需求也最具多元化,而且学生也容易产生专业困境.只有实行学分制管理,才能满足学生不同需求,使学生摆脱专业困境,促进优良学风建设,提升学生的就业能力.比较科学的操作模式是在实施硬性学分制的基础上再累计附加学分.这种学分制管理模式,不仅能证明学生的"合格",还能反映其"优秀";不仅能满足学生个性化学习的需要,也能满足同一专业学生其培养目标的相对一致性的需要.
Universities without postgraduate education is the application-oriented universities.The application-oriented universities are more dynamic,and with more diversity in student＇s development needs.But the students tend to meet more dilemmas in developing their professions.Only with implementing Credit System should satisfy students＇ different needs,help them to get out of troubles in professional development,to promote better learning environment,to enhance students＇ employment capacity.More scientific operating pattern should be based on compulsory credit system and add extra credits,which can reflect whether students are qualified,and more whether they are outstanding.This pattern can also satisfy the needs of students＇ personalized learning and achieve the relative consistency of training objectives for students of the same major.
