摘要
通过实地调查和实验测试对2010年喀什地区内高班学生的体育体测测试成绩进行了分析,结果表明喀什内高班学生生具有较好的耐力素质,男生下肢力量和协调性发展程度要好于女生,女生在身体柔韧性方面要好于男生.本研究结果可为以后的体育教学提供参考依据.
The testing results of interior high school class students in kashi area in 2010 were analysed by field survey and test experience,the result shows that students in this area owns a better resistance quality,and the boys＇crura strength and coordination is better than girls＇,while the girls＇body flexility is better than boys＇.The research result could offer reference for the physical education in future.
