摘要
采用索氏提取和超声波提取对枇杷花中的三萜类化合物的提取工艺进行研究。应用紫外可见分光光度法对枇杷花样品的测定波长、显色剂用量、显色时间和显色温度等进行选择,确定最佳的提取工艺条件为:测定波长504nm,显色时间10—90min,显色剂用量0.60—1.00mL,5%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液用量0.70mL,显色温度30—80℃。结果表明,采用索氏提取对枇杷花中的三萜类化合物的提取更彻底,晚钟枇杷花中三萜类化合物含量比早钟要高。
The article studies the extracted technology of triterpenoids in loquat flowers by using Soxhlet extractor and Ulteasonic extraction.UV spectrophotometer is used to select the wavelength,coloration time,developer dosage,perchloric dosage and water bath temperature for the standard sample and determine the best condition for extracted technology.The best extracted technology :the measured wavelength is 504nm,the coloration time is 10—90 min,the developer dosage is 0.60—1.00 mL,5 % of Vanilla aldehyde-ice acetum dosage is 0.70 mL,the water bath temperature is 30—80 ℃.The result shows that triterpenoids in loquat flowers is extracted more completely by using Soxhlet extractor and the contents of triterpenoids in Wan Zhong loquat flowers is higher than Zao Zhong loquat flowers.
