摘要
为了解盆腔手术前后血清电解质变化及其规律，于盆腔手术前24～48h及术后48～72h分别抽取静脉血，用离子选择电极法测定血清钾、钠、氯的水平，用全自动生化分析仪检测血浆钙离子浓度。结果显示：术后血钾、纳显著低于术前（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），血氯、钙几乎无变化（P均＞0．05）。说明盆腔手术后3d内每日至少应补充氯化钠9g，如果患者术后48～72h还不能进食，应及时补充氯化钾。钙的补充适合于大手术后的患者，尤其是输血后的患者。血氯的变化不明显，术后每日补充足够的氯化钠即可。
To observe the changing and level of blood electrolyte before and after pelvic operation. Taking the blood sample at 24~48 hours pre-operation and at 48~72 hours petoperation for testing. Level of blood K and Na have been declined obviously than that before operation (P < 0.01, P < 0.05 ), Cl and Ch no declined. Patients should be given NaCl 9 g at least post operation in 3rd days and after that given KC was administered accoding to patients diet. Ca could be given to those patients performed a radical pelvic operation.
