The Israeli scholar,Cideon Toury is regarded as a famous and influential translation theorist in the world for his remarkable achievements,and his theory makes great influence on translation studies.This thesis will organize and sum up the main points of his theory,and it will explain what influences the translation norms make on the actual translation process with translation cases.
