摘要
利用ViewCast软件对铸钢托瓦体两种工艺方案的凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测了缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的位置。通过加大冒口尺寸、改变冒口位置和设置冷铁的方法对初始工艺方案进行了优化。再次模拟表明,改进后的方案使铸件得到了充分补缩,最终消除了缩孔(松)等缺陷。与实际生产相结合,确定了最优方案,得到了合格铸件。
The numerical simulation software View Cast was applied to analyze the solidification process of cast steel supporting body in two types of schemes,and the position of the shrinkage defects was predicted.The original casting processes were optimized by enlarging the riser,changing its position and adding the chill block.The re-simulated result reveals that the casting could be feeding effectively,and the shrinkage defects are eliminated.The optimum scheme is determined by combining with actual produce,and the qualified castings are gotten.
