多主元FeCoNiCrCu合金的电化学腐蚀行为研究 被引量:1

Study on Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of FeCoNiCrCu Multi-principal Element Alloy

摘要 通过电磁感应法制备了FeCoNiCrCu体积凝固态多主元合金,运用定向凝固技术制备出了FeCoNiCrCu合金定向凝固态组织,利用动电位极化法测试了体积凝固态合金和定向凝固态合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对合金的显微组织和腐蚀形貌进行了分析。结果表明,合金定向凝固后,晶粒数量大大减少,腐蚀速率变小,耐腐蚀性能优于体积凝固组织。 Free solidified FeCoNiCrCu alloy was prepared by electromagnetic induction method and directionally solidified FeCoNiCrCu alloy was prepared by directional solidification method.The electrochemical corrosion of free solidified alloy and directionally solidified alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution was examined by time-dependent polarization.Microstructure and corrosion morphologies of alloys were investigated by metallographic microscope and SEM.The results show that,using directional solidification method,the grains of the alloy decrease and corrosion rates reduce.And the corrosion resistance is betterthan that of free solidified alloy.
