摘要
将Numisheet2008标准考题S-RAIL作为研究对象,分析各拉深成形参数对高强度钢板DP500回弹的影响,设计了5个成形参数因子。通过正交设计确定试验组,运用有限元软件Dynaform模拟计算各试验组并获得零件相应截面的回弹角。运用极差分析得到各成形参数对回弹影响的显著性,同时获得了最佳因子水平组合。最终基于拉丁超立方抽样数据通过GA-BP网络法建立了主次要影响因子与零件回弹角之间的响应面模型。
Taking S-RAIL examination question in Numisheet 2008 as an example,the effect of forming parameters on springback of high-strength steel plate DP500 was discussed and five forming parameters were determined.The test schemes were obtained by orthogonal test design and calculated by numerical simulation Dyanform.The results show that springback angles of part at different cross-sections in test schemes are obtained.At the same time,the significance of the effect of each forming parameters on springback are found by range analysis and the best factor combination.Finally,on the base of Latin hypercube sampling data,the response surface model between the main-minor influential factor and springback angle is established by GA-BP network.
