Objective To explore the action and analysis of children's learning ability and ihtellectual development of the “3.3.3 study system (3SS)”. Methods We carried out an intervention program to 104 first grade primary school pupils with the 3SS.The main evaluated methods were the Parents and Teach Questionnaires, the Intellectual Test (Raven Test)the Children's Learning Ability Test (AAT) and so on. Results ①After the one academic year later, the intervention group (IG) children's mean IQ is higher than the control group (CG) children, especially in marks of the C.D.E groups of the Raven Test, and its exists the significant difference between the two group (the IG mean IQ:118.07±15.68;the CG:112.76±17.86; t = 2.30; P =0.023),and about 34.6 percent children's IQ gone a higher intellectual grade than them before.②It has big difference on coordination of visual and manipulative responses, fine motor skills of coordination both hand in operating the test of“3.3.3”Serial Intellectual Learning Tool, and the action level between the two group the IG children are more better than the CG. Conclusions The 3SS very good for raising children's learning ability and improving children's motor development, especially for the child's fine motor skills and the ability of the coordination of visual and manipulative responses. And the 3SS can promote the development of the developing phase children's ability of the analogical inference and logical thinking. In other word,it can raise their IQ's level.
