摘要
建设特色校园文化,提升学生职业素质是"以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨"的高职院校办学目标的要求。这是一个系统工程,应认真分析高职院校特色校园文化的内涵,探讨高职院校特色校园文化建设中存在的问题,提出创新高职院校特色校园文化建设策略,达到培养高素质的高技能人才目标。
Construction of characteristic campus culture and promotion of professional quality of students is the require of higher vocational college school running target base on ＂employment-oriented,and service as the aim＂.It＇s a systematic project that should be analysis the connotation of characteristic campus culture,discuss the problems in the course of its construction,and suggest strategies,in order to achieve the aim of training high quality skill talent.
