摘要
板桩码头的位移是一种普遍现象,位移的量值通常与板桩结构、地质条件、回填材料等因素有关,不同工程差异较大,正因为如此,板桩码头设计规范中未就允许位移作出相关规定。根据某钢板桩码头沉降位移实测情况,通过模拟计算测算钢板桩各结构部位的受力,给出了特定情况下位移值和结构受力的相关性,对钢板桩结构的允许位移进行探讨,并提出建议。分析结果表明,对于一般的单锚钢板桩结构,累计位移控制在结构挡土高度的1.0%~1.2%是安全的。如果超出该值,建议通过模拟计算或其他方式确定钢板桩的受力。
The occurrence of displacement of steel sheet pile wharf is very common and the value of displacement is generally related to the sheet pile structures,geologic conditions and backfilling materials.Different projects vary much.Therefore,the specification for steel sheet pile wharf does not specify the allowable displacement.Based on the actual displacement measurement records for a steel sheet pile wharf,and by the analogy method,we calculated the stress for each and every structural part of sheet piles.It gets the relativity between the displacement and structural stress under certain circumstances;it also conducts some preliminary study and suggestion for the allowable displacement for steel sheet pile structures.The result of the analysis shows that as for the normal single anchor steel sheet structure,it is safe when the accumulative displacement is controlled within 1.0% ~1.2% of the retaining height.If the value exceeds the above limit,it is suggested to calculate the stress of steel sheet piles through analogy method or other methods.
