摘要 医学研究生教育是我国医学高等人才的最高层次教育。医学研究生不仅应具有广博的医学理论知识和较高的科研能力,还应具备丰富的实践经验和良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力和组织管理能力等。在研究生导师负责制基础上,保证研究生培养质量的同时,我们尝试创建研究生自我管理平台,引导开展形式多样内容丰富的社会实践和文体活动,积极探索新形势下研究生综合素质训练管理模式,在研究生德育工作和必备能力培养方面取得了一定成效。 Postgraduates' medical education is the highest level of higher medical education in China.Medical postgraduates should not only have extensive knowledge of medical theory and high research capability,but also have a wealth of practical experience,good expression skills,communication skills and organizational management capabilities,etc.Based on tutors' responsibility for postgraduates and ensuring training quality,the hospital has tried to construct the postgraduates' self-management platform and launched various forms of social practices and cultural activities,and explored actively the development of the situation to adapt to the overall quality of training in management.Some works have been done for postgraduates' training in moral terms and the necessary ability.Some successful achievements have been won.
