摘要
近30年,我国高等师范教育发展驶入了快车道,先后经历了整顿恢复、数量扩张、结构调整、质量提升四个阶段,呈现出在发展思路上由"师范教育"向"教师教育"转变、在办学目标上由"学术性"与"师范性"的对立趋向融合、在培养模式上由"定向型"向"非定向型"转变、在课程设置上由"专狭性"向"综合性"转变的基本特征。教师教育要为建设人力资源强国和全面建设小康社会、为"办好人民满意的教育"培养合格师资,还需要解决好以下问题:一是加大对教师教育的投入;二是把各级师资培养逐步纳入法制化轨道;三是构建教师教育课程体系;四是重视对农村教师的教育培训。
Over the past 30 years,Chinese higher teacher education has developed rapidly,experiencing rehabilitation,quantitative expansion,structural adjustment,and quality improvement.The teacher education develops the concept of academic and teaching profession.The teaching-oriented education becomes non-teaching-oriented,and specific education becomes extensive education.The paper proposes the following strategies,increased investment in teacher educaiton,legal management of the teacher trainings,construction of teacher edcuation curriculum,and trainings of the rurul teachers.
