沙特B区块高温高压深气井配套钻井技术 被引量:5

摘要 沙特B区块自然条件恶劣,地质环境复杂,属于具有多套压力系统的高温高压深层凝析气藏,地层最高温度176℃,地层压力系数1.88,部分井段含有H2S,钻井施工难度极大。针对该区块上部地层存在多套漏失层、中部地层存在高低压夹层、下部为高压气层的地层特性,分析了钻井过程中可能遇到的井下故障,包括上部地层严重漏失、卡钻,中下部地层机械钻速慢、储层保护困难等难题,给出了相应的技术措施,包括井身结构优化、钻头评价与优选、复合钻进、加强防漏堵漏、应用MPD钻井技术等。在MKSR-0002井的应用结果表明,该配套钻井技术基本解决了该区块的一系列钻井难题,大大提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,有效保护了油气层。 Block B of Saudi Arabia has harsh natural conditions,and complicated geological conditions.It is a HPHT deep condensate reservoir with multiple pressure system,with formation temperature up to 176 ℃ and pressure gradient of 1.88.Part of the well section contains H2S.Drilling operation is extremely difficult.This paper first introduced the formation lithology and well structure design.The possible encountered complex conditions during drilling were analyzed,including lost circulation and pipe sticking in the upper section,low penetration rate at lower section and difficulties in formation protection.A suite of technical measures were provided,including well structure optimization,drilling bit evaluation and selection,compound drilling,drilling in high lost circulation formations,MPD drilling etc.Application result indicates that these techniques solved a series of drilling difficulties,improved ROP,reduced drilling cycle and protected the formation.
