摘要
为了研究国产超临界机组实现机组快速切负荷(fast cut back,FCB)功能的可行性,分析了国产超临界机组的系统配置特点,结合国内已成功实施FCB试验的机组的经验教训,就国产机组在FCB功能实现中的难点进行了研究。研究结果表明:国产超临界机组实现FCB具有一定的可行性,但是在低容量旁路配置下避免锅炉超压、保持工质链和能量链的平衡、避免汽轮机超速以及给水系统过渡等问题上有待进一步的研究和改进。
For feasibility study of fast cut back(FCB) realization in home-made supercritical units,the system configuration characteristics thereof are analyzed.According to the experiences and lessons of successful implementation of FCB on domestic supercritical units,the difficulties of FCB realization in home-made units are studied.The result indicates that there is a certain feasibility to achieve FCB on home-made supercritical units,but further research and improvement on some issues are in need,which include how to avoid boiler overpressure under low-capacity bypass configuration,keep balance between working medium chain and energy chain,avoid turbine overspeed as well as the transition of water supply system.
