摘要
针对广州电网无功功率电压调节的现状,分析了建设和使用自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统的必要性,并提出了广州电网AVC系统实现的方法、模式和控制策略。实例分析表明,AVC系统充分利用了广州电网现有的自动化能量管理系统(energy management system,EMS)一体化平台的优势,对比广州电网原有电压无功功率综合自动控制(voltage quality control,VQC)的控制方法,能更好地满足各地区调度对无功功率和电压的控制要求。
Combined with the status quo of reactive power/voltage control in Guangzhou power grid,the necessity of constructing and using automatic voltage control(AVC) system is analyzed.The realizing method,mode and control strategy of AVC system in Guangzhou power grid are presented.The results of case studies demonstrate that AVC system makes full use of the advantages of integrated platform in existing automatic energy management system(EMS) in Guangzhou power grid,and is better than the original voltage quality control(VQC) method in voltage and reactive-power control.
