摘要
通过研究影响SF6气体分解的因素,掌握SF6气体分解机理,对于设备维护和安全运行具有重要指导意义。结合国内外的文献资料,分析了不同放电故障下影响因素(放电能量、水分、氧气、SF6气压、电极与绝缘材料和吸附剂)与SF6气体分解产物生成量的关系,初步总结了相关因素与气体分解产物的定性定量关系,为掌握SF6气体分解机理奠定基础。
By intensively searching for and studying on the factors affecting the SF6 gas decomposition, this paper reveals the SF6 gas decomposition mechanism, therefore it has important guiding significance for equipment maintenance and safe operation. Based on studies of the relative technical papers from both at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the relationship between the affecting factors (discharge energy, water, oxygen, SF6 pressure, electrode and insulation materials and absorbent) and the amount of SF6 gas decomposition products under different discharge faults, and preliminarily summarizes the qualitative and quantitative relationships between the relevant factors and gas decomposition products and thus lays certain foundations for mastering the SF6 decomposition mechanism.
