摘要
从设计、材料选用、施工、管理及使用等方面对钢筋混凝土框架结构外墙裂缝及渗水的原因进行了分析,结合上海某工业园区外墙维修案例对部分原因造成的外墙渗水提出了治理对策,并通过实践证明有效可靠,对类似外墙渗漏工程具有指导意义。
The paper analyzes from the design, the materials selection, the construction, the management and the usage, points out the treatment strategies for the leakage of external walls caused by some reasons by taking the external wall maintenance case of some industrial garden in Shanghai, and proves its effectiveness and reliability according to the practice, so as to have the direction significance for similar external wall leakage projects.
