摘要
以ＳＯ２－４／ＴｉＯ２Ａｌ２Ｏ３为催化剂，己二酸和１－辛醇为原料，采用四水平三因子进行正交实验，筛选出合成己二酸二正辛酯的最佳合成条件。在此基础上进行方差分析，以确定影响反应的主要因素并详细讨论之。
Dioctyl adipate is prepared by the adipic acid and the noctyl alcohol,using SO2-4/TiO2Al2O3 as catalyst. The optimum condition is found by orthogonal experiment,with four levels and three factors. Optimum condition is determined by variance analysis. The main factors that effect the reaction are determined and discussed in detail.
