摘要
建设"和谐高校"是和谐社会对新时期高校发展提出的新要求。从国际形势需要、国内形势需要和高校自身发展需要三个方面分析了构建和谐高校的必要性;要实现高校的和谐与稳定,从高校与政府的和谐、校园环境的和谐、管理制度的和谐、师生关系的和谐、同学关系的和谐、校园文化的和谐、高校招生的和谐、高校图书馆的和谐等几个方面入手来构建高校的和谐,以适应国家经济社会发展和建设"和谐高校"的需要。
Constructing a harmonious colleges and universities is the new requirements of the development of Colleges anduniversities of a harmonious society.from the international situation domestic situation and need of self development threeaspects need to build a harmonious colleges and universities;in order to achieve harmony and stability of colleges anduniversities;from harmonious colleges and universities and government,harmonious campus environment,harmoniousmanagement system,harmonious relationship between teachers and students,harmonious relationship betweenstudents,harmonious campus culture,harmonious college enrollment,harmonious colleges and universities library and so on tobuild harmonious colleges and universities,and then to meet the development of country s economic social and the need of theconstructing a harmonious colleges and universities.
