摘要
提出了玉米须多糖对无蔗糖双歧酸奶品质的影响。通过正交试验优化了玉米须多糖的提取工艺条件。
The influences of corn silk polysaccharide on the quality of non-sucrose bifidus yoghurt were presented for the first time. An orthogonal experiment was made to screen the best extraction conditions of the polysaccharide, and its improving the quality of bifidus yoghurt was tested and verified.
