摘要
目的探讨ICU护士对心脏手术患者实施术前访视的效果。方法将68例择期心脏手术患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组33例,对照组由病房护士做常规术前护理,手术室护士做常规术前访视,观察组在此基础上,由ICU护士在术前1天进行术前访视。从患者遵医行为、入住ICU时间、机械通气时间、对护理工作满意度等方面进行比较。结果两组在遵医行为、镇静剂使用(P<0.05)、入住ICU时间(P<0.01)及对护理工作满意度(P<0.05)等方面有显著差异。结论 ICU护士实施术前访视,对促进心脏疾病患者术后的恢复、提高患者遵医行为、增加对护理工作的满意度、提高ICU护理质量有明显的作用。
Objective To study the results of ICU nurses＇visiting heart surgery patient before surgery.Methods Randomly divide 68 examples of surgery time-selecting heart surgery patients into the observation group of 35 and the contrasting group of 33,The contrasting group treated by the general ward with preoperative care,The nurse from operating-room made regular visits art ;On the basis of the contrasting group,ICU nurses visited the observation group one day before surgery.To compare aspects as patients＇ obedience to doctors,time to intake ICU,mechanical ventilation time,Satisfaction to the nurse＇s job,etc.Results Patients＇ obedience to doctors and tranquilizers use（P〈0.05）;time to intake icu（P〈0.01）;satisfaction to the nurse＇s job（P〈0.05）;there are signifi cant differences.Conclusion The ICU nurses＇ visitsing heart disease patients before surgery promote recovering,obviously improve patients＇ obedience to doctors,satisfaction to nursing work and the quality of the ICU care.
